IT’S DARKER
Hold onto you riding crops, Shadies – Darker is here. Social media is in an absolute frenzy today over the commencement of Fifty Shades Darker filming. Paparazzi’s and fans alike have all gathered in downtown Vancouver, BC to catch a glimpse of the first day of filming. And for those of us who aren’t in Vancouver, the ride thus far has been just as chaotic. It’s hard to tell which way is up or down today with all the news, pictures, videos and sightings.
DAKOTA JOHNSON arrived in Vancouver early yesterday afternoon as she was slated to begin filming scenes today. Johnson had just left the BAFTAs over in London to make the lengthy nine-hour flight to Vancouver where photographers met her at the gate. For being so busy, Johnson looked incredible and ready to head into the Darker side of filming.
JAMIE DORNAN however, is scheduled to arrive in Vancouver in early March. With the pending birth of his and wife Amelia’s new baby, we’re sure Dornan wants to make sure that all is well before heading across the globe. We are working on establishing Dornan’s arrival date.
Everyone from E L James (Author), James Foley (Director), Niall Leonard (Writer) to Dakota Johnson and Eric Johnson have been seen on set today. Remember, it’s only day one so there’s much more excitement to come!
