IS YOUR HEART BEATING FAST?!
IMDb released the trailer to Anthropoid earlier today and it’s every bit as thrilling as you would hope, and expect. Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy are riveting with their Czech accents, strong, captivating roles and a story line that will no doubt leave viewers on the edge of their seats.

WE FINALLY HAVE A DATE!
Yahoo! Movies announced today that Nazi Thriller Anthropoid starring Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy will hit theaters on August 12th, 2016.
Director Sean Ellis spent more than a decade researching the events before even contemplating production. Dornan admittedly knew nothing about the assassination until his first table read. The film was filmed in Prague, Czech Republic in the summer of 2015 and is based on the true events of Operation Anthropoid which led to the successful assassination of SS General Reinhard Heydrich.
Anthropoid is scheduled to hold its World Premier at @KVIFFEST on July 1st, 2016 with Dornan and Murphy in attendance. The movie will hit theaters shortly after.

GREAT NEWS! Jamie will return to @KVIFFEST in Prague to attend the World Premier of Nazi Thriller Anthropoid, in which he plays alongside Cillian Murphy. The World Premier is set to take place on July 1st, 2016, a bit more than a month away.
Dornan has worked on several projects since completing filming of the first Fifty Shades of Grey movie back in 2014, but fans have not been privy to any of these ventures even though we’ve followed them through to their completion. Both Anthropoid and The Ninth Life of Louis Drax are works that the fans have been dying to see and now, it looks as though we’re getting our wish. Just this past week news of Drax’s September 2016 UK release date hit the internet and fans went ballistic.
It’s been nothing short of an amazing week for Dornan, and his fans alike. He continues to film Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed in Vancouver until mid June at which time he’ll return home, some place he hasn’t been in what must feel like forever.

BLEECKER STREET has acquired the US distribution rights from LD Entertainment to WWII Drama ‘Anthropoid’ starring Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy. No set date for either the movie premier or theatrical trailer has been announced although we’re confident that by summer of 2016, the movie will be available.
ANTHROPOID finally has an official movie poster. Found on IMDb, the poster features both Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy‘s names as well as a swastika. The poster also reads “The incredible true story that captured the hearts of a nation.”
The official release date for the film is scheduled to be announced today via the movie’s official Facebook Page.

Producer Jim Sheridan’s next great film will be based on the true story detailing the September 25th, 1983 Maze (Great) Prison Escape in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The prison was renowned for being one of the most escape proof, impenetrable prisons in the world.
